A globally recognized credential, ICDL validates an individual's proficiency utilizing
standard desktop computing applications. The certification program consists of 7 modules

• Class space is limited and is filled on a first come, first serve basis. (3 students min./10 max.) Registrations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. Payments must be received to confirm registration at least 1 week in advance. This is the only way to reserve a space in each class.
  

• Payment is accepted in the form of money order or credit card only (no personal checks accepted). Payment is due at least one week in advance.

E-Learning Training Option

The Workforce 2000 Computer Zone provides ICDL certification training in two formats: e-learning and instructor-led. E-learning provides all ICDL candidates with 24 / 7 access to the training courseware which allows participants to learn on their own time, at their own pace. All e-learning accounts can be purchased with the ICDL certification tests for one rate. Please note: Test administration costs are not included in the e-learning package price and are additional. The test administration fee is $10 per exam.

Instructor-led Training Option

Instructor-led training courses are offered at affordable prices for novices/beginners and intermediate users. Each module consists of 12 hours of instructor-led training total. ICDL certification packages are priced separately. Evening and Saturday sessions are available. Please note: ICDL test packages are not included in the instructor-led training price).

ICDL Bootcamp Training Workshops

A 24 hour bootcamp workshop series is available for instructors / trainers and advanced users. The ICDL Bootcamp prepares participants to pursue their ICDL certification by combining "instructor-led training" with "hands-on performance-based" training workshops. The ICDL Boot Camp will introduce you to the following:

• Exam Objectives & Demos
• Testing Procedures & Strategies
• Computer Based Testing Simulations
• ICDL Approved Courseware

The ICDL Bootcamp provides 24 hours of instructor-led training. (8 - three hour sessions)
Evening (5:30 - 8:30 Tuesdays & Thursdays) and Saturday (9 am - Noon) sessions are available.

Please note: There is no test administration fee assessed if the tests are administered during scheduled class time. All tests taken outside of the scheduled class time will be administered at the standard rate of $10 per exam.

The ICDL Certification program provides two forms of certification and they are:

Job Readiness Certificate Test Package: $110
3 test modules (Module 2, 3 & 7) & 2 diagnostic (practice tests) per module. Price includes test administration fee for 3 tests.

Full Drivers License Test Package: $210
7 test modules & 2 diagnostic per module.
Price includes test administration fee for 7 tests.
